Soccer Match Event – State of Texas

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket (“Ticket”) through this online ticket sales platform (“Platform”), the purchaser and ticket holder (“Holder”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all venue rules, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Admission to the Event is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms.

2. Online Ticket Purchase

Tickets are sold exclusively through the Platform or authorized ticketing partners. A transaction is deemed complete only upon receipt of an official confirmation and issuance of a digital ticket. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

3. Ticket Pricing and Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and may include service fees, convenience fees, and applicable taxes. All fees are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change prior to purchase confirmation.

4. Digital Ticket Delivery

Tickets will be delivered electronically via email, mobile wallet, or user account. The Purchaser is responsible for safeguarding tickets and ensuring they are accessible at the venue. Altered, duplicated, or previously scanned tickets may be denied entry.

5. No Refunds or Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable Texas or federal law or as expressly stated herein.

6. Event Cancellation, Postponement, or Rescheduling

• Cancellation (No Reschedule): If the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, the Purchaser may receive a refund of the ticket’s face value only. Service and processing fees are non-refundable.
• Rescheduled or Postponed Events: Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be issued.
• Changes in teams, players, match time, venue configuration, or weather conditions do not entitle the Holder to a refund.

7. Admission, Security, and Venue Rules

Admission is subject to venue capacity limits, security screening, and compliance with venue rules and Texas safety regulations. The Organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any individual engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior, without refund.

8. Prohibited Items and Conduct

Holders must comply with all venue policies and Texas law. Prohibited items may include but are not limited to: unauthorized weapons or firearms, fireworks, illegal substances, and professional recording equipment. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

9. Ticket Use, Transfer, and Resale

Tickets are for personal use only. Unauthorized resale, transfer, or use for advertising, promotions, or contests without written consent may render the ticket void. The Organizer and Platform are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers.

10. Assumption of Risk

The Holder acknowledges that attendance at a soccer match and related activities involves inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, property damage, crowd activity, weather conditions, and contact with balls, equipment, players, or other spectators. The Holder knowingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks.

11. Texas Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, the Holder expressly waives, releases, and discharges any and all claims against the Event organizer, teams, leagues, venue owner and operator, ticketing Platform, sponsors, and their respective officers, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates, arising from ordinary negligence, but excluding claims resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct, which cannot be waived under Texas law.

12. Indemnification

The Holder agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the released parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the Holder’s attendance, conduct, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Texas Legal Warning

Under Texas law, individuals attending sporting events assume the risk of injury resulting from the inherent dangers of the activity, including risks associated with balls, equipment, or player interaction entering spectator areas.

14. No Duty to Insure

The Organizer and venue assume no responsibility to provide insurance coverage for the Holder. The Holder is solely responsible for any insurance deemed necessary.

15. Minors and Guardian Responsibility

Any Ticket issued to a person under the age of eighteen (18) (“Minor”) must be purchased by a parent or legal guardian (“Guardian”). By purchasing a Ticket for a Minor, the Guardian expressly agrees to these Terms on behalf of the Minor.

16. Waiver and Release on Behalf of Minors

The Guardian knowingly and voluntarily waives, releases, and discharges any claims on behalf of the Minor against the released parties described herein, to the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, excluding claims arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

17. Indemnification for Minors

The Guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any claims or liabilities arising from the Minor’s attendance, conduct, or participation in the Event.

18. Supervision of Minors

Minors must be always accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult unless otherwise permitted by venue policy. The Organizer and venue assume no duty to supervise or monitor Minors.

19. Recording and Media Consent

By entering the venue, the Holder grants irrevocable permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and authorizes the use of such recordings for broadcast, promotional, or commercial purposes without compensation.

20. Lost, Stolen, or Invalid Tickets

The Organizer and Platform are not responsible for lost, stolen, duplicated, or fraudulent tickets. Entry may be denied if a ticket has already been scanned or deemed invalid.

21. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, governmental orders, public health emergencies, labor disputes, or venue unavailability.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

23. Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

24. Modifications

The Organizer and Platform reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
